Included Services



  • Transfer in a private vehicle from the airport to your hotel in Mendoza.
  • Two hotel nights in Mendoza (3-star), in a double room with breakfast.
  • Assistance to get the entry permit to the Aconcagua Provincial Park.
  • Transfer in a private vehicle from your hotel in Mendoza to Puente del Inca and vice versa.
  • One night in Puente del Inca Inn, in a sextuple room with lunch, dinner and breakfast.
  • Transfer from Puente del Inca to Punta de Vacas and vice versa.
  • Mules for the load transport from Puente del Inca to Plaza Argentina, stopping at Pampa de Leña and Casa de Piedra and all the way back from Plaza de Mulas to Puente del Inca. Capacity: 30 Kg per person in each section.
  • One night at Pampa de Leña camp and another night at Casa de Piedra camp, including meals and drinks served by our guides, complete crockery, tables and chairs.
  • Four nights in Plaza Argentina base camp and one night in Plaza de Mulas base camp including meals and drinks served in private dining tents with tables and chairs, complete crockery, cook, electrical light, toilets and permanently radio communication.
  • Quality four-season mountain tents (The North Face, Mountain Hard Wear, Ferrino).
  • All the altitude meals.
  • Bilingual High Mountain Guides, and Assistants depending on the amount of passengers (1 Guide every 3-4 people). Each guide has his own first aid kit for the altitude during the whole expedition.
  • Porters for the general equipment from the base camp up to the altitude camps.
  • Permanently radio communication from the Base Camps with Puente del Inca and Mendoza to coordinate bookings and eventual rescues.

 

You are responsible for:


  • Plane ticket and airport fees or bus ticket to get to Mendoza.
  • Entry permit to Aconcagua Provincial Park.
  • Meals and drinks not mentioned in the included services.
  • Personal porters.
  • Personal equipment.
  • Extra expenses for abandoning the expedition, even due to illness.
  • Expenses for emergency rescue services.
  • Personal expenses (drinks, laundry, mail, phone calls, and other not specified items) and any other services not mentioned as included.
  • Health and travel insurance.
